In a few places, the information on the website says: “Each visa applicant must meet the renewal category to qualify for the interview waiver”.
The website does not ask any questions to determine if she is eligible for the Visa waiver program. My wife is also going with me for Visa renewal. As an applicant to get my H-1B renewed, I qualify for Dropbox option after answering all the questions.
When scheduling for an appointment, I am going through a list of questions about the waiver program. Can I go to a Stanley Office say in October, 2016 to get my Visa renewed? I am eligible to drop off my documents though. I am wondering if the ‘no appointment required’ condition is good to only get inside the Stanley office provided you have an appointment to go to Stanley office on that date or is the ‘no appointment required’ condition good even if the appointment date in the website on the day of scheduling for the Visa interview is far from the date I plan to go to drop off my documents.įor ex: when I login to schedule an appointment, the website says “First available appointment is December 20, 2016”. I understand from reading one of the posts on your website that no appointment is required to drop off documents if one is eligible to go through the dropbox option. 
May be I am not thinking clearly or over-thinking.
